Return Policy

Returns/Exchange & Refunds

 

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Handmade, customized and altered dresses and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
  • Must fill out the reform/exchange form to apply for returns within 7 days from the day you received the dress. 
  • 7-11 Store to Store returns, must re-pack the dress in it original packaging with the tax invoice (if not included, garments cannot be returned). Please refer to this link for 7-11 store to store procedures. We will reimburse max. of $60NT for local returns. Return shipping fee will be returned together with the payment of the dress to your original payment account. 

If the return conditions specified above are met :

Taiwan -  ship your items back within 7 days starting from the day you received the dress. 

International - Unable to apply for returns or exchange. 

Please arrange your return date to avoid weekend and holidays.   

​Please allow up to 3 weeks from the day the package is mailed for refund to be processed. 

Credit to your account should appear within 1-2 billing statements. At this time, we do not process exchange orders for international customers unless you've received defective or wrong items.

*please know only the amount charged for merchandise will be refunded. Shipping, tax, and duty costs will not be refunded


Exchanges

 

Taiwan - We do accept exchanges, rather we would suggest you to return the dress and re-order the item you would like to change to.

International - At this time, we do not process exchange orders for international customers unless you've received defective or incorrect items.

Please return your item to us by following our return policy stated above, and ensure that all return conditions are met.


Cancellation

 

If you changed your mind after placing an order, please contact us immediately eveningkarenliuoffice@gmail.com.  As long as the order has not been shipped, we can cancel or change it for you.

You do not need to contact us for cancellation if your order was not paid.
